On the afternoon of November 1, in Hanoi, the provincial delegation, led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Hai Minh, had a working session with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) on the contents related to projects on planning, green transportation and climate change. After more than a day of transportation, the two bears rescued in Hanoi were brought to Vietnam Bear Rescue Center II at Bach Ma National Park on the afternoon of October 3. These are also the first two bears received by this center.
