On the morning of April 29th, the People’s Committee of Hue City, in collaboration with J&T Express, organized the “Creating Success on Digital Business Platforms” seminar. On the morning of April 28th, an A321 aircraft with flight number VN 1370 from Vietnam Airlines carried 168 passengers from Ho Chi Minh City to Hue. This was the first flight to “inaugurate” Terminal T2 at Phu Bai International Airport.

On April 20, Hoang Tuan Long, an architect from Ho Chi Minh City, confirmed that he would continue to implement the volunteer community project of the work "Map of Vietnam" made from giang toothpicks at the BOARC exhibition – the Exhibition of handmade creative designs, which is due to take place from April 28 to May 5 (within the framework of Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2023).

The event is held in Hue with an aim to contribute to stimulating local tourism and promoting the image of the people and landscapes of Hue City to international friends so as to develop the local economy.

In response to the Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, on the morning of April 18, Hue Monuments Conservation Center opened the exhibition “Preserving the Historical Vestige – Discovering Tang Tho Lau (Archive Pavilion)”.
