On the morning of December 8, at the awarding ceremony for the Make in Vietnam Awards 2022 within the framework of the National Forum on Developing Digital Technology Businesses 2022 (VFTE 2022), organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications, "The smart urban services platform in Thua Thien Hue Province (Hue-S)” was honored to win the Make in Vietnam Digital Technology Product Awards 2022, making it the Top 10 Best Digital Products for Digital Society.

As a part of the Hue Tourism Forum 2022, on November 11, nearly 50 tourism businesses and experts in and out of the province had a trip to discover and experience high-class and famous healthcare tourism services in the land of the Ancient Capital.

With the application to support digital transformation for businesses, the Provincial IT Center - HueCIT has excellently won the VietNam Digital Awards - VDA 2022 in the category of Products, Typical Digital Technology Solutions, and Services. This is the third year in a row that HueCIT has been honored by the Vietnam Digital Communications Association at the recent Vietnam Digital Awards 2022.

Hue is considered one of the leading localities in promulgating and implementing policies to support enterprises. This has created a significant stepping stone in the development of enterprises.

That was the theme of the international conference held by the University of Tourism – Hue University in collaboration with Africa and Middle East Research Institute on the morning of July 14. Attending the conference were the leaders of departments, units, and businesses in the provincial area.

Agreeing to open a direct flight, Thai businesses have come to Hue to survey and connect a new tour. Soon, this line of traditional visitors will return to the ancient capital to travel.

Recently, a number of businesses and individuals have rented or purchased abandoned and barren land, with low economic efficiency in Huong An, Huong Tho, and Thuy Bang (Hue City), to renovate and develop agricultural and farm tourism model, such as Green Life Farm, Rom Farm, and Hoang Thi Farm & Camp, etc.

A good sign is that although the COVID-19 pandemic is still complicated, many enterprises in Thua Thien Hue have returned to operation and expanded production and business.

Although there are many policies to support businesses to overcome difficulties, it’s a challenge for them to access. During this adaptation period, businesses are in dire need of support, creating more "force" that is strong enough.

Businesses are the subject, deploying stimulus packages. Once they are ready and determined, then Hue tourism can adapt well.
