Since the establishment in 2019 with the initial 80 members, the Green Wind Choir has now gathered nearly 200 members from 6 to 86 years old. This is the first community choir to organize its own choral concert, which has become an annual event and been eagerly awaited by audiences. Notably, the Green Wind Choir always reserves hundreds of seats for special guests, who are teenagers in difficult circumstances from social protection centers.

On the afternoon of May 7, the Provincial Study Promotion Association coordinated with the Nguyen Chi Thanh Talent Promotion Scholarship Fund and the Department of Education and Training to organize an awarding ceremony to students who won high prizes in the national excellent student competition in the academic year of 2023 - 2024. Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Phan Ngoc Tho attended the ceremony.

The Central Coast Museum of Nature (henceforth the Museum) was established in 2009, and its specimen display space was officially open to the public in 2020. Not only well known in the “kite map” as a kite maker whose giant kites have flown in many parts of the world, Nguyen Dang Hoang is also considered a unique kite flier as he has made countless original kites, creating his own brand name “Hoang’s Kite.” Among them, his dragon kite, a symbol of power,_ made with Hoang’s skillful hands then hovered in the sky at shows and international festivals made many people admire.

Prof, Dr. Hoang Thi Thai Hoa, Head of the Department of Agronomy, University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University, who has made many contributions to science over the past 28 years, has just received the 2023 Kovalevskaia Award.
