"Live and Hope" is the theme of the poetry night on the first full moon organized by the Provincial Writers' Association, taking place on the evening of February 14 (January 14, Lunar Calendar) at the headquarters of the Union of Literature and Arts Associations (1 Phan Boi Chau Street, Hue City).
