On October 23, the Department of Education and Training held a session to assess the works participating in the competition for composing new lyrics based on Hue folk melodies; painting about Hue culture and collecting local games, folk songs, and folk poems appropriate with preschool education.

Before the summer break, Tran Quoc Toan Primary School organized a bicycle parade called "Cycling towards Van Thanh relic" for students. Early in the morning, more than 100 students, along with many parents and teachers, cycled through the picturesque roads along the Huong River.

Compared to their peers living in Hue City and the lowlands, children in the mountainous and remote Nam Dong and A Luoi districts are at a significant disadvantage in terms of access to information technology, books, and age-appropriate publications. However, thanks to the efforts of the education sector, local authorities, and schools, the reading spaces for children in these places are increasingly being supplemented with a variety of books and periodicals, helping them have more "good friends" during their breaks or extracurricular activities.

From school year 2022-2023 onwards, local education is one of the seven compulsory educational subjects and activities applied to the upper secondary level.

This year’s entrance enrollment of Hue University was spotlighted by 3 new highest rank entrance examinees with a score of 28.75 (without the priority points) at the University of Education. Although they come from 3 different localities, they are all passionate about pedagogy and the peaceful rhythm of Hue’s life.
