"The friendship between patriotic figure Phan Boi Chau and Doctor Asaba Sakitaro, and the friendly relationship between Vietnam and Japan" is the theme of a thematic exhibition, which has just been opened to the public on the morning of July 14 at Phan Boi Chau memorial site (at 119 Phan Boi Chau Street, Hue City).

Following the traditional relationship for the past 63 years, on the morning of May 24, the Unions of Literary and Art Associations of three localities of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Thua Thien Hue signed an agreement to cooperate and coordinate in activities in the field of literature and arts.

Towards the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam – Japan diplomatic relations (September 21, 1973 – September 21, 2023), on the morning of March 30, the Vietnam – Japan Friendship Association in Thua Thien Hue collaborated with Thua Thien Hue College of Education organized an exchanging program called “IKEBANA art of flower arrangement”.
