That is the affirmation of Mr. Nguyen van Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in an interview with Thua Thien Hue Weekly about the Thua Thien Hue Urban Master Plan to 2045, with a vision to 2065 (UMP).
