Based on statistics on the number of guests booking rooms at accommodation facilities and tourist attractions, it is expected that Thua Thien Hue will welcome a large source of visitors from other provinces and cities during the upcoming long holiday of April 30 and May 1, with an estimated 65,000 arrivals.

Recently, according to the ranking of the Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings) - TOP Vietnam Center (Topplus), Hue Royal Antiquities Museum has been recognized as one of the top 10 most visited museums in Vietnam.

On the evening of April 19, at Hai Ba Trung pedestrian street (Hue City), the Provincial Department of Tourism organized the "Hue - Welcome Summer 2024" event. This event is part of the series of activities within Hue Festival 2024, with the aims to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere to welcome an attractive summer tourism season, as well as creating a media effect to attract visitors to Thua Thien Hue Province.

The Nine Urns, a national treasure located in Hue Imperial Palace, feature carved images of Vietnam that may be familiar to those who have visited the site. These images have now been recreated on wood by a group of skilled experts and artists using their unique and impressive techniques.

Nguyen Ha, a teacher in Kien Giang province, takes a trip to Hue every summer. He visits Hue with family, with friends, or his school. Ms. Hoang Thi Khanh, 81 years old, selling betel nut at Dong Ba market, said that before 1975, small traders all wore ao dai, and Dong Ba was like a miniature Hue, a place preserving the essence of Hue's cultural heritage. Sometimes visitors from far away come to Hue, to Dong Ba market, just to hear the very authentic Hue dialect of the old and young ladies.

A large number of visitors and people from everywhere attended Huyen Tran Temple Festival, which opened on the morning of the 9th day of Tet (February 18) at Huyen Tran Cultural Center, on the foot of Ngu Phong Mountain (An Tay Ward, Hue City).
