It is not surprising that two feature films set in Hue won awards at the 22nd Vietnam Film Festival, which had just taken place in Hue. The film "Dreamy Eyes", portraying an ordinary life, won the Golden Lotus Prize, and the film "Camellia Sisters V", portraying a luxurious royal setting, won the prize of the Organizing Committee.

The program "Hue people and Ao Dai", a community activity within the framework of the 22nd Vietnam Film Festival, had to cancel the shows at Quoc Hoc Memorial Stele, the Half-Moon Bridge, and Truong Tien Bridge, and turn into online performance and broadcasting, due to the complicated development of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Tourism Department has just organized the tour of discovering movie settings with five-panel ao dai wearing and going by electric cars to serve the delegates and the judges coming to Hue for the 22nd Vietnam Film Festival.

The festival is a rendervouz of one hundred and twenty eight films of many genres such as feature films, documentaries, science films, and animated films, reflecting the multi-faceted perspectives on life of Vietnamese filmmakers and bring to the audience a livelycinematic party.
