The traveling tour by eco-friendly electric cars, heading towards forming the “Green Hue” travel tour
This tour is a part of an important promotion strategy about the image of “Hue – The capital of ao dai” and “Hue – a safe and friendly destination” to local people and tourists; giving guests a new experience in the traditional five-panel ao dai; sitting on eco-friendly electric cars, coming to check-in special attractions, which used to be the movie settings of some of the Vietnam’s successful “blockbuster” films over the past time.
The tour picked up guests from Azerai La Residence hotel. The representatives received the five-panel ao dai and listened to the history and story of this product from the tour guides. Then, the delegation moved to the attractions, including An Dinh Palace, Hue Imperial Citadel, An Hien Garden House, and Thien Mu Pagoda by electric cars.
This was a self-contained tour, from the destinations for picking up, visiting, and taking back to the staying places with no contact with the surrounding community; this is to set the mind of tourists, staff, and the local community at rest. Before starting their work, all tourists, hotel staff, and coordinators were requested to be fully vaccinated with two COVID-19 vaccine shots and have negative COVID-19 quick test results. Furthermore, they also had to strictly comply with 5K rules during the process of visiting, transportation, eating, and resting; the attractions and the places holding related services were also carefully checked and ensured to be safe before serving the delegation.
Besides that, the Tourism Department also held a tour of learning about the imprints of the Nguyen Dynasty at Gia Long Tomb, Thien Tho Tomb and enjoying some artistic performances – handicraft performances showing the bold features of Hue culture at Hue Lotus Homestay.
