Training on tourism data statistics

TTH.VN - On the morning of December 26, the Tourism Department held a training session on tourism data statistics for tourism enterprises and units in provincial area.

At the training session, the software “Receiving and sending statistical reports on tourism” was introduced to the enterprises. It helps them to efficiently and scientifically manage the data source from the reports on business outcome and tourism investment of tourism enterprises; building a system of managing database and receiving, processing and synthetizing information and figures.

According to the leaders of the Tourism Department, since January 2019, all of the tourism enterprises in provincial area will deploy periodical online reports. Reporting statistics is the foundation of the work of managing and planning development policies. Therefore, the quality of the statistics plays an important significance in the development of a sector, a field, a locality and the whole country.
