Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Ngoc Tho meets with Italian Embassy delegation
TTH.VN - On July 20, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Phan Ngoc Tho had a meeting with the delegation of Italian Embassy, led by Ms. Cecilia Piccioni, Italian Ambassador to Vietnam on a visit to Hue.

On behalf of the delegation, Ms. Cecilia Piccioni, Italian Ambassador in Hanoi thanked the provincial leaders for their warmly welcome. She also highly appreciated the development in the fields of social culture, services, tourism of Thua Thien Hue province in recent years.
Ms. Cecilia Piccioni noted the support of the province in the implementation of Italian projects in the province, especially the project cooperated with Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy in health sector development. At the same time, she hoped Thua Thien Hue Province would continue support for the close cooperation in the fields of culture, tourism and health.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Phan Ngoc Tho praised the cooperation between the Governments of Italy and Vietnam, including Thua Thien Hue province; and recognized the support and active participation of art troupes from Italy during Hue Festivals. Mr. Phan Ngoc Tho hoped the two sides would continue their cooperation to organize the Italian cultural festival in Hue, in the coming time, strengthen the cooperation in the fields of health, and support the province in the development of the lagoon system.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Phan Ngoc Tho said that the province was investing and developing infrastructure to develop tourism, services; and via the Italian Embassy, the province desired to introduce visitors to Hue, as well as investors to explore investment in these fields in Hue.
