Implementing activities to improve capacity for staff of Nursing Department

Over the past 6 years, the project has conducted more than 50 domestic and foreign training courses on nursing training, research and emergency medicine with nearly 100 exchanged staff and student; organized more than 50 basic and advanced medical emergency training courses for more than 2,000 medical staff and students in the Central and Central Highland regions. At Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, the project has implemented activities to improve skills for the staff of Nursing Department with 2 Ph.D. doctors of nursing, 3 M.A. doctors of nursing and 1 staff in preparation for completion the nursing doctorate fellowship in Korea ...

The greatest achievement of the project was the nursing training program that was evaluated, adjusted and improved towards competency-based and outcome-oriented standards tailored to social needs, while integrating many advanced methods of teaching, management and evaluation that were first applied in nursing training at the university as well as nationwide.

At the ceremony, Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Binh congratulated on the achievements of the project and highly appreciated the efforts of Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University as well as its partners. At the same time, he hoped that in the coming time, the university would continue to develop cooperative relationships, to promote the achievements of the project, maintain and expand the operating model of this project effectively...
