Many attractive programs to be organized at the Summer Festival
TTH.VN - According to Hue Festival Center, the Summer Festival of Hue Festival 2023, themed "The Citadel shines", is due to take place from April to June.

The highlights of the Summer Festival are the activities of Hue Traditional Craft Festival with the theme "The Quintessence of Vietnamese Craftsmanship", scheduled to take place from April 28 to May 5; and a series of activities to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Hue Monuments Complex being recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage, and the 20th anniversary of Royal Court Music being recognized as the representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity, due to take place in June.
On top of that, the Summer Festival also provides many attractive programs and activities. Specifically, they are the VNExpress Marathon Hue (on April 16); the hot air balloon festival (from April 16 to 18); the Hue Nam Palace Festival (expected from April 21 to 22); the "Hue – the Culinary Capital" Festival (at the end of April); and the "Country Market Festival" (also at the end of April).

In May, there will be the week of the 2567th Vesak (from May 26 to June 2), and the program "Hue Tuồng - Echoes of Thousands of Ancient Years" (on May 5). Also in June, the International Kite Festival will be held (from June 3 to 9).
Hue Festival 2023 is taking place continuously throughout the year according to the four seasons orientation, with the aims to honor and promote the unique values of Hue culture and Vietnamese culture; in which, exploiting the strengths in scenic spots, spiritual tourism, and festivals to attract visitors.
After the Summer Festival, Hue Festival 2023 also has the Autumn Festival (in the months of July, August, and September), with the theme "Hue entering autumn"; and the Winter Festival (in the months of October, November, and December), with the theme "Winter in the land of Hue".
