Professional training for swimming and diving instructors

TTH.VN - On July 15, the Provincial Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs collaborated with the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports to organize the opening ceremony of a professional training course for swimming and diving instructors in the area, under the project “Prevention of child drowning in 2024”.

The training course is taking place from July 15 - 20, within the framework of the project “Supporting the implementation of effective and sustainable interventions to prevent child drowning in Thua Thien Hue province”, which is funded by the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids (the US). The specialized training course is participated by 25 swimming and diving instructors, who are officials and teachers from schools in Phu Loc and Phu Vang districts.

The trainees participating in the professional training course are provided with knowledge and skills in swimming, diving, and drowning rescue methods by the members of the organizing committee. They are also informed about state regulations on the organization of swimming and diving activities and related documents.
