According to the information from Hue City People's Committee, Hue Countdown - Happy New Year 2024 program will take place at 20:00 on December 31 at the intersection of Hung Vuong Street, Hue City. This is an art program to welcome the new year, with the participation of Hue talents, as well as famous singers and artists namely Hieuthuhai, Orange, and Dinh Xuan Ky, etc.

As a part of a series of activities and events of the Winter Festival within the Four Season Festival - Hue Festival 2023, on the evening of December 15th, the Department of Tourism organized the opening ceremony of the “Wellness Tourism Week” event. Once a massive construction in the past, Phung Tien Palace inside Hue Imperial Citadel was completely destroyed after many historical upheavals. Since 2017, the complex of Phung Tien Palace has been gradually restored through a cooperation project between Vietnam and the Federal Republic of Germany to preserve the remaining structures and revive their original shape and function.

Many precious fine art works by famous artists of Hue, collected by Hue Museum of Fine Arts over the past 5 years, are being introduced to the public for the first time.
