On October 30, the Provincial Center for Youth Activities organized a handover ceremony for the small-scale project “Improving Educational Environment to Support the Healthy Development of Children and Youth in Thua Thien Hue Province”.

The art of making reliefs appeared in Hue thousands of years ago. It flourished brilliantly in the 17th century along with copper casting and Hue porcelain mosaics on the complex of relics in Hue ancient capital.
