The 2nd Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day will be opened on the afternoon of April 21, instead of April 16 as previously planned, and the location is still at the space of Quoc Tu Giam (the Provincial History Museum), inside the area of Hue Citadel.

This year's festival took place over two nights, February 6th and 7th with the participation of 12 Don ca tai tu bands inside and outside Long An province, gathering nearly 150 artists.

Phap lam is the designation for artworks which are made of bronze inside and coated with many layers of enamel with colored decorated patterns then heated at high temperature.
