The boat racing festival took place on the morning of December 31 on the Như Y River (at the community tourism site of Thanh Toan Tiled-roof Bridge). This is one of the highlights of the New Year 2024 celebrations and in response to the Four Seasons Festival organized by Thuy Thanh commune (Huong Thuy town).

In response to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (December 3rd), the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs collaborated with the Center for Creative Initiatives in Health and Population (CCIHP) to organize a community-oriented running program, “Together with Persons with Disabilities,” under the theme “Every Step Counts - Connecting Love” in Hue City on the morning of December 3rd.

“Tham” is an art exhibition held by Vietnam Truc Chi Art in collaboration with the Management Board of Hoan Kiem Lake and Ha Noi Old Town from November 19 to December 3 at the Cultural Art Center, No.22 Hang Buom Street (Hanoi). This is an activity in response to the Hanoi Creative Design Festival 2023.

In response to the Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, on the morning of April 18, Hue Monuments Conservation Center opened the exhibition “Preserving the Historical Vestige – Discovering Tang Tho Lau (Archive Pavilion)”. Attending the event were Mr. Hoang Khanh Hung, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Phan Thien Dinh, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Hue City Party Committee.

Nguyen Dinh Anh Khoa - a volunteer who has been so familiar with Hue people. In response to the policy of planting 1 billion trees and celebrating Vietnam's Forestry Day (November 28th), in recent days, forestry units and forest owners have planted thousands of indigenous trees such as green ironwood, cycads, tarrietia javanica blume (huynh), golden oaks, etc. All these plants are able to adapt to climate change and prevent landslides very effectively.

On September 9, the Provincial Stamp Association coordinated with the Provincial Post Office to open the Postage Stamp Exhibition in response to the Four Seasons Festival 2022 with the theme “Vietnam, the Country & its People”.
