On the morning of August 16, in Hue city, Vietnam Fine Arts Association collaborated with Thua Thien Hue Union of Literature and Arts Associations held the 28th North Central Region Fine Arts Exhibition 2023.

The 28th North Central Region Fine Arts Exhibition kicked off on August 16th. The exhibition introduces the art-loving public to 157 artworks from 137 artists.

In the framework of the XIV Contest for Selecting Excellent Students of Gifted High school in the Coastal and Northern Delta regions in 2023 held in Thai Nguyen in 2 days from July 15 to 16, Hue Quoc Hoc High school for the Gifted won 28 medals and prizes.

Hai Van Gate is known as "world’s most majestic gate", located at an altitude of nearly 500m right at the top of Hai Van Pass. Once served as the military defense for the Hue Citadel, this defensive cluster was built under the Nguyen Dynasty in such a critical position to control the North-South road and Da Nang Bay.

Located 5 kilometers away from the center of Hue City to the North, Duc Buu village (Huong So Ward, Hue City) specializes in producing famous specialty dumplings of the ancient capital land, including: banh beo, banh loc goi (the Vietnamese clear shrimp and pork dumpling wrapped in banana leaf), banh nam, and banh ram it, etc.

After a series of cold rainy days, Hue gets dry, being fresh and sunny. Hue is coming in mist season. Unlike many northern provinces, the mist in Hue is just enough to make the dawn rising a little bit later, but it is still poetic and beautiful.

After nearly 2 years of construction, the renovation - embellishment of revolutionary historical relic of Tri Thien Hue Party Committee tunnels (also known as Khe Trai tunnels in Huong Van ward, Huong Tra town) has been completed. This work is about 25 km in the northwest direction from Hue City.

From September 14th to 17th, the provincial Travel Association cooperated with the provincial Tourism Promotion Information Center to organize a famtrip connecting to Laos and Northeast Thailand markets.

Among Hue's key products, medicinal pharmaceutical products from indigenous materials are judged as having economic and environmental prospects, as well as being suitable for the trend of science and technology development. This is also the connecting thread between entrepreneurs to form high-value pharmaceutical products, meeting the practical needs of people.
