Luu Bao - a peaceful village located about 8 kilometers from the center of Hue City, in Huong Ho Ward, has been home to bustling rice paper kilns for three centuries.

On the afternoon of July 17, Song Huong Magazine and Truc Chi Vietnam Art Co., Ltd. jointly organized a painting exhibition with the theme "Giao Cua Mua – Cam On Mua He" (Season Changing – Thank You Summer) at Song Huong Magazine Editorial Office. (No. 9 Pham Hong Thai St., Hue City). Mr. Phan Thien Dinh, Secretary of Hue City Party Committee attended the exhibition.

On the afternoon of July 6, the art event "The Shape of Sound" was organized by the Thua Thien Hue Fine Arts Association in collaboration with Song Huong Magazine and the family of the late artist Vo Xuan Huy at 9 Pham Hong Thai St.

The ceremony to honor the holy spirit of Mrs. Tran Thi Dao, who contributed greatly to the construction of the Thanh Toan tiled-roof bridge (Thuy Thanh Commune - Huong Thuy Town), took place on the evening of June 27th. On the morning of December 10, in Phuoc Tich ancient village, Phong Hoa commune, the People’s Committee of Phong Dien district held a Half Marathon in 2023 with the theme “Huong xua lang co - The Footsteps of Happiness”.

Along with Bach Ho Bridge, which is a railroad bridge, and Thao Long Bridge, with the architectural structure of a bridge at the top and a dam below to prevent salinity at the bottom, there is a total of seven bridges over the Huong River, namely Truong Tien Bridge, Phu Xuan Bridge, Da Vien Bridge, Tuan Bridge, and Dinh Market Bridge.

It is the Huong River, the river that "embraces Hue in its heart", which is also a priceless gift that nature has dedicated to this place. The Huong River is magnificent from the upstream, with a peaceful beauty and full of poetry as it confluences and hugs around gardens and villages such as Kim Long, Nguyet Bieu, Vy Da, Gia Hoi, Bao Vinh, and Sinh village, etc. And then, before pouring water into the sea, the downstream river area is a place to make a living, which is hard but close and dear to the locals.
