For example, Silk Path Grand Hotel & Spa Hue hopes to recruit about 20 workers to 11 positions. Meanwhile, Meliã Vinpearl Hotel Hue longs to recruit over 10 employees to 5 positions, and the figures for Pilgrimage Village Resort are over 10 employees to 6 positions.
The vacancies are mainly for receptionists, swimming pool staff, bartenders, and other service staff.
According to the Accommodation Association, the imminent arrival of summer would drive international tourists to choose Vietnam for a visit. This is an opportunity for recovery and growth, so tourism businesses need to guarantee a sufficient number of employees to meet the rising demand in the upcoming time.
