Approving cooperation agreement between Thua Thien Hue and Salavan in the period of 2022 - 2026
TTH.VN - On the afternoon of December 27, at the Provincial People’s Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Truong Luu; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Phuong had a working meeting with the senior delegation of Salavan lead by the Secretary, Governor of Salavan Province, Lao PDR, Phoxay XAYYASON during their working trip to Thua Thien Hue.

At the working session, Secretary Le Truong Luu and Secretary, Governor Phoxay XAYYASON announced to each other the achievements in the socio-economic field, national security, as well as the process of Party construction of the two provinces over time.
Two sides also informed the cooperation results between the two provinces achieved in the fields of socio-economics, politics, diplomacy; security, national defense; education, human resources training; health; as well as the programs and projects that have been carrying out to support Salavan province.
In the framework of the working session, the two sides also pointed out the shortcomings and difficulties; suggestion, and proposals on the direction of cooperation between two sides in the coming time.

After the discussion, the two sides agreed upon the cooperation content in the period of 2022 – 2016; in which, it affirmed that the two sides would keep on upgrading the friendly and cooperative relation to the new level, including continuing to promote cooperation on politics; defense; security and borders, border gates; economy, training and education, training officials; culture, sports, and tourism; health and many other fields.
