On the morning of April 12, the BGI Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for the BGI Diamond Bay Project – the Eastern urban area project on Thuy Duong - Thuan An route in Area E - An Van Duong New Urban Area.

On the morning of March 26, the groundbreaking ceremony for the EON Industry Vietnam helmet manufacturing factory was held at Gilimex Industrial Park (Phu Bai Ward, Huong Thuy Town). The project is invested by EON Industry Vietnam Co., Ltd., a member of EON helmet group.

On the morning of March 23, at Trinh Cong Son Park, Hue City People's Committee held the opening ceremony of the 3rd Hue City Traditional Boat Racing Competition, aiming to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the 78th anniversary of the traditional day of the Vietnamese Sports sector, and the 49th anniversary of Thua Thien Hue's liberation day. This is also one of the activities responding to Hue Festival 2024.

On March 20, the Authority of Foreign Information Service, under the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC), officially announced the "Happy Vietnam" contest in 2024. Within the framework of an agreement in the project “Hue - A City to Reduce Plastics in Central Vietnam” to “Practicing plastic reduction in the tourism sector", contributing to turning Hue into a plastic-reducing urban area by 2024, Thua Thien Hue Tourism Association on February 28 held a ceremony to announce the action plan to reduce plastic waste of seven units in doing hotel business in Hue City, including Villa Hue, Azerai La Résidence Hue, Melia Vinpearl Hue, EMM Hue, Muong Thanh Hue, Alba Spa Hue, and Thanh Lich.
