On the afternoon of January 8, the Provincial Business Association and TTC Group coordinated with Hue CEO Club and the Provincial Travel Association organized a seminar on business management and operation. The program attracted the participation of nearly 200 delegates from the businesses within the province.

According to the information from Hue City People's Committee, Hue Countdown - Happy New Year 2024 program will take place at 20:00 on December 31 at the intersection of Hung Vuong Street, Hue City. This is an art program to welcome the new year, with the participation of Hue talents, as well as famous singers and artists namely Hieuthuhai, Orange, and Dinh Xuan Ky, etc.

The awarding ceremony was held on the night of December 2, in Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of guests and locals involving in creating the artwork. The Electro - rock music night by the Fergessen was one of the activities to celebrate 50 years of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and France, which was organized by the French Institute of Vietnam. On September 26, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and Tin Phat International Cooperation Investment Education Joint Stock Company, together with the participation of the third partner is SAIKAIKYO Corporation (Japan) held a ceremony of signing memorandum of understanding on coordinating to recruit, train, and take provincial labors with difficult circumstances to do technical internship in Japan.

The Provincial Farmers' Association coordinated with Hue City People's Committee to organize the second agricultural product fair in 2023, which took place from the late afternoon of September 22.

Hue International Photography Festival 2023, which took place from September 10 to September 13 and was organized by Hue Monuments Conservation Center in collaboration with the Crossing Bridge 20Plus, attracted the participation of nearly 100 photographers from many countries, including Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Sri Lanka, along with 19 photographers from localities throughout the country.

On the evening of August 26th, an offline meeting among LGBT people and advocates was held in Hue City, with the participation and support of Got Hong Clubs in Nghe An and Da Nang.

The 4th marathon “Hue Jogging – Run for the Community” 2023 held by Hue City Youth Union opening on the morning of August 20 at Ngo Mon Gate attracted the participation of over 13.500 runners.
