New COVID-19 testing facility will be established for Thua Thien Hue

TTH.VN - In a meeting between Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Truong Son, Deputy Minister of Health and Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee on the afternoon of March 18, an agreement was reached to establish a COVID-19 testing facility for the province.

In line with this policy, the Deputy Minister of Health also fully supported Thua Thien Hue to perform the second test for F1 subjects before completing the isolation time.

After the meeting at the headquarters, the Deputy Minister and the delegation of the Ministry of Health visited the isolation and treatment area of COVID-19 patients at Hue Central Hospital 2.

At the meeting with the delegation of the Ministry of Health, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee on COVID-19 disease prevention Phan Ngoc Tho and members reported on the disease prevention in Thua Thien Hue.

By noon 18/3, Thua Thien Hue has had 93 suspected cases of COVID-19 cases tested. Two cases were tested positive, 80 cases were tested negative, and 11 cases are waiting for the results.

The whole province is tracking and quarantining 68 F1 cases, of which 3 are under special supervision.
