On the morning of March 23, at Trinh Cong Son Park, Hue City People's Committee held the opening ceremony of the 3rd Hue City Traditional Boat Racing Competition, aiming to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the 78th anniversary of the traditional day of the Vietnamese Sports sector, and the 49th anniversary of Thua Thien Hue's liberation day. This is also one of the activities responding to Hue Festival 2024.

On January 28, the Provincial Youth Activity Center organized a program to experience the traditional Lunar New Year of Vietnam and South Korea, with the theme "Connecting Spring - Peaceful Tet (Lunar New Year)". On the night of December 23, the Uni Tour Music Concert which was held by the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee in collaboration with the Vietnamese Students Development and Support Center took place at the Music Academy.

On December 3, the provincial Youth Activity Center organized the Thua Thien Hue Province Children's Team Chess Open Tournament, competing for the Thien Bao Cup.

On the afternoon of October 20th, Tuoi Tre Newspaper, in coordination with Thua Thien Hue Provincial Youth Union, held a ceremony to award “Support to School” scholarships to 72 new students currently facing challenging life circumstances in the province.

Every day at around 4:30 p.m., as long as it doesn't rain, at Thuong Bac Park, Da Vien Park, or at the foot of Truong Tien Bridge, we can easily catch up with a group of about 20 young men and women, who wear loose sportswear, suede flats, and hold skateboards. They often practice and perform attractive sliding movements.
