Thua Thien Hue is one of the 12 localities assigned the task of actively selecting suitable night tourism models, with the goal by 2030 to establish Vietnam's night-tourism-product brand. Choosing which products for night tourism to avoid duplication among regions and to reflect the characteristics of each locality is an issue that should be taken into careful consideration.

Hue International Photography Festival 2023, which took place from September 10 to September 13 and was organized by Hue Monuments Conservation Center in collaboration with the Crossing Bridge 20Plus, attracted the participation of nearly 100 photographers from many countries, including Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Sri Lanka, along with 19 photographers from localities throughout the country.

Following the traditional relationship for the past 63 years, on the morning of May 24, the Unions of Literary and Art Associations of three localities of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Thua Thien Hue signed an agreement to cooperate and coordinate in activities in the field of literature and arts.

At the conference held in Bandung city, West Java province, Indonesia from November 23-25, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong shared about the tourism linkages between localities, promoting destinations, and diversifying forms of market connection.

This year’s entrance enrollment of Hue University was spotlighted by 3 new highest rank entrance examinees with a score of 28.75 (without the priority points) at the University of Education. Although they come from 3 different localities, they are all passionate about pedagogy and the peaceful rhythm of Hue’s life.

Hue is one of the most sought-after destinations by tourists. Some other localities are also commonly searched for such as Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Lat, Nha Trang, Da Nang city, and Phu Quoc island.
